Shipyard and Sea Management Group management, for the active management of the operations, aims to provide quality service for its customers and to maintain health, security and comfort of its employees and its affiliates.
To achieve this aim, a system has been established according to the basis of ISO 9001: 2000. This is a quality management programme that enables the invigilation of the companies active performance in order to develop the standards of success.
The topics and the methods that our Company predicates on are: supporting the contents of the quality manual by using methods like active planning, organization, controlling, follow-up and evaluation.
All our employees are being induced and supported to work with the company. They endeavour to supply the necessary contribution hereby with the guidelines inaccordance to the asserted aim.
Achievement of the aim, plantation of the quality management system, development of the efficiency and the continuity mentioned above, are the assertion and purpose of the chairman of the board of directors of Türkter Shipping and Sea Management Group.
